Grab your broomstick, we're doing movie nights all September long.

Introducing Spellbound Cinema Nights at Prairie Coast Mercantile-four Saturdays, four witchy/wizardly movies, and a candle to match. Come make your own candle at the Candle Bar, then stick around for snacks and the film.

Pricing:
$40/person includes your candle-making session, snacks, and the movie.

The schedule (Sept 5, 12, 19):
🕯️ 6:00pm- Candle-making at the Candle Bar
🍿 7:00pm- Snacks & drinks, settle in
🎬 7:45pm- Movie starts
Sept 26 runs on an earlier schedule due to a longer movie, see below.

The lineup:
Sept 5: Practical Magic | ends ~9:30
Sept 12: Hocus Pocus | ends ~9:20
Sept 19: Halloweentown | ends ~9:10
Sept 26:  Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone | candles 5:00 / movie 7:00, ends ~9:30

*Please note the earlier Sept 26 start time when planning which nights to attend.

Come to one, come to all four. Space is limited each week, so grab your spot early!
Materials + Care

Candle Care:

  • During the first burn, allow the wax to pool all the way to the edges of the jar.
  • Never leave a lit candle unattended.
  • Always burn your candle on a flat, heat resistant surface.
  • Do not leave a candle burning while you are sleeping.
  • Keep away from children and pets.
  • Keep away from drafts like vents, fans, or windows.
  • Your 8oz candle should last 40+ hours 
  • Please trim your wick between burns. 
  • Always trim your wick to 1/4"
  • Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Recycle your candle jar when there is 1/4" of wax left at the bottom.
  • Never extinguish your candle with water.
  • Never add any debris of any kind to the candles melt pool.

All orders ship for just $8.95 anywhere in the USA and are processed with tracking within 24 hours of purchase. In more rare cases, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to ship.
