Frequently asked questions

What is included?

Everything is included in your candle making workshop. All items needed to make your candle along with the instruction by an experienced candle maker.
Can I bring drinks or snacks?

Yes! Workshops are BYOB. We will supply cups and a bottle opener.

When do I pick up my candle?

Your candle will be ready to take home at a minimum of 2-3 hours after your class. We recommend letting it set at least 24 hours. If you are local, you can pick up your candle anytime during business hours. We can also ship your candle for an additional $8 if you choose.

Can I reschedule my class?

We know plans change, so we are happy to reschedule you for a future class if you contact us more than 48 hours in advance of your start time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations cancelled with at least 48 hours notice will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within the 48 hours will receive store credit. Due to the custom preparation of each workshop, deposits are forfeited for cancellations made within 24 hours or for missed reservations.
Is there an age requirement?

Yes, due to handling hot wax during the workshop, guests must be 13 years of age or older to participate in a workshop. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a guardian present to sign their waiver.
